The Victorian Dermal Group is a bourtique skin treatment clinic, specialising in highly effective non-surgical cosmetic solutions.

The Problem

The Victorian Dermal Group had tasted success with their marketing spend, however more recently their enquiry rate had plateaued. In order to consistently grow their business, they needed a plan of action to significantly increase their website conversions. It was also very important that their existing stream of enquiries was not interrupted.

The Solution:

Our aim was simple: to optimise only those pages that were leaking the most revenue. Our analysts were focused on blocking those big leaks and preparing replacement designs to enhance the flow of enquiries. On finding out about the various visitor emotions and interests, we were able to re-work the benefits, add more urgency-focused colours, modify the page layout and include much sought-after value. We realised that the average customer was after a high-end experience as they were concerned about the negatice implications to their skin, and reflected this in the content. As most of the traffic came from Instagram, our team transformed the content heavy pages into those appealing to a social media audience.

The Result:

On A/B testing these select pages, we have seen an immediate increase in the quality and number of enquries.
